The VJC offers a range of unique programs designed for our communities’ job seekers, including those who:
- Want to train for a new career or upgrade job skills
- Have been unemployed for a long time
- Want to learn English
- Are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing homelessness

Connect
Job Connect is a self-service job resource center available at the Burbank Public Library. Job Connect is a satellite office of the VJC and offers no-cost services including access to computers, assistance with job searches, access to job skills classes and development, help with resume writing, and support for small businesses.
